The Iowa Auctioneers Association annual convention attracts not only Iowa auction professionals, as well as professional auctioneers from across the country. The three-day event includes seminars from a variety of national speakers. Saturday, Feb. 3 contest where held to name the 2018 Ring Person Champion, the 2018 Rookie Champion, and determine the 2018 Iowa Auctioneer Contest finalists that will go on to compete at the Iowa State Fair in August.
2018 Ring Person Champion

The Iowa State Fair Finalists’ will compete under actual auction conditions and the general public is invited to join in all the fun. Mark your calendars now to enjoy the excitement and traditions of the state fair while supporting the auction industry as our finalists’ show off their skills and talents. The Iowa State Fair Finals will be held on the Anne & Bill Riley Stage at 9:00 AM on August 14, 2017.
